As a first time RV buyer I would like to commend the entire staff at Professional Sales RV. Starting with the sales department, they made the actual purchase a pleasant experience. The delivery department spent a couple of hours with me showing me how everything works, (remember this is my first). Service after the sale is what I really want to brag about, every time I call they are quick to address my concerns. Appointments are always on time and all repairs are accomplished skillfully and properly. I have yet to go back for the same repair. I purchased a Four Winds Siesta which I have enjoyed and with Professional Sales RV's help I should have many years of enjoyment.

Ron, I wanted to say thank you for the great experience we had buying our Airstream. Still two days later, my wife & I were still remarking at how clean the RV was, and how well everything worked. My wife kept telling our friends how your guys fixed any problem and made sure everything was right. There was a broken hinge on a lid that they fixed, and it looks like new. They even found dirt on the awning, and took the time to clean it off. Your company really impressed us. Thank you.

We are on the road again, currently in Ohio watching the leaves turn into beautiful colors of yellow, orange, amber and red.
I wanted to take this time to thank you and the entire team at Professional Sales RV for making all of our travel experiences better than we could have hoped.
You know our history with other RV dealers and how disappointed we have been.
The Dutch Star is like driving a 37' sports car with the power to climb the mountains of Colorado with ease. The handling with the "Comfort Drive", power and style is beyond any of the "me too" units we have owned in the past.
Your sales department and the personal service we receive from DeWayne and Steve is above and beyond.
Thanks again for the great sales and service experience you have given us.

To Neal & Dawn of Professional Sales RV,
Thank each of you for your honesty, professionalism and positive attitude. This makes the seventh RV I have purchased and you two were the best.

I just wanted to let you know I made it home last evening. The motorhome ran great, I averaged 13.4 MPG (23' class C, 6.0 Chevy Vortec), 60-62 MPH, with the A/C on, using the cruise control. Very happy with the mileage. Everything worked great. Your directions to I-20 were much appreciated.
I found the new sewer and water hoses- and with the full tank of gas and LP, along with the check of the RV, I can honestly say you guys are a class act. Neal, you went above and beyond what I expected. I will write some internet reviews outlining my experience later this weekend.
We love the motorhome!
Take care, and have a great weekend.

Neal and Dean,
We're sorry we didn't get to visit with you while we were there yesterday, we were anxious to head home before the storms.
We have spent most of today checking all the repairs completed on the motor home and loading it up. We are thrilled with the results!
We would like to commend DeWayne and Steve for an absolutely outstanding job. They were given a mighty big task.
A great big THANK YOU VERY MUCH to everyone at Professional Sales RV that has assisted us since we purchased our motor home.

I wanted to write this to you to show other customers just how special you and your crew are for anyone looking for a Motorhome or any type of RVs. I want people to know just what kind of family oriented special place you have there.
We can't thank you enough for all the help you have been to us even at this late date after our Motorhome purchase. You are a real angle and everyone at Professional RV Sales have treated Phyllis and I like family since the first day we came there. We have praised you guys to everyone we have met in the RV/Motorhome community and to people who are just considering an RV. More importantly we feel like we have made a few friends at your place that will go long into the future. We would literally come to you for any future Motorhome purchase even if we lived on the southern tip of SouthAmerica. (Then we would move back to North America the next day. LOL !)
We knew right away that you and the rest of your crew there are our kind of people the second we met you and also, like we have told you before, that you were the ones we wanted to deal with because of your down home honesty friendly atmosphere and open transparency on everything you do.
The bottom line is that after visiting literally over two dozen other dealerships, we knew within 5 minutes after we met with you that we found the right place. It's kind of funny in that at first you had just sold a bunch of Motorhomes and didn't quite have the Motorhome with the equipment and price range we were looking for also with the special requirements Phyllis needed. Another way of saying it we needed a $200,000 Motorhome for less than a $100,000 price tag. LOL. So when we visited other dealers and found something close to what we wanted, ( not necessarily price of course) we immediately asked them if they could some how trade it with Professional RV Sales so we could ultimately and buy it from you. Boy did we get some raised eyebrows on those questions. LOL ! Ultimately and amazingly and astoundingly your crew found one perfect for us in every way and did a lot of work on our many special requests which we know many of them you didn't euven bother to charge us for the labor. It just doesn't get any better than that. It was a little later model but it only had 10,000 total driven miles on it and was still brand new inside and out. Many things inside never even had the plastic wrapping taken off yet and even some fixtures had never been mounted. Now it looks, drives, rides and has all the options and many more than a brand new one at a substantially reduced price. You always said you would come through for us but you just blew us away with what you found at the price that you quoted.
It's really hard these days to find real honest people doing business in the rolling stock business like cars, RVs, trailers, etc. it's unfortunate but true. Every single Motorhome dealer we met, and I mean literally around 30 of them with exception of one guy who just sold consignments from his farm, were just out to get as much cash out of my pocket and many wouldn't even discuss doing maintenance on what the sold like the so called biggest dealer in America just south of Dallas. They advertise all over the web. Most also tell you that you get what they sell "as is" and completely leave any inspection up to the buyer which costs a minimum of $300 and then what ever he finds wrong is completely your problem including in many cases safety issues which are illegal here and many other states.
When we found Professional RV Sales it was like finding an oasis in the middle of the desert but much better.
Phyllis and I hope we remain friends for a long time to come. If we can ever do anything for you don't hesitate to ask.
Love and all that mushy stuff,
Mike & Phyllis Irvine

Patricia and I wanted to sincerely thank you, Dawn, Ron and all your co-workers for the wonderful, gracious, courteous, and truly professional (as your name implies!) service-interaction with us. In this present era, it's refreshing, somewhat unique and encouraging that there still is a business like yours that goes well beyond that "extra mile" to satisfy and accommodate your clients interests and needs. Your true empathy and continuing cooperation is appreciated. We absolutely love our Windsport. Major kudos-accolades to all!
Cordially and best regards,
Rob & Patricia Sachs

Good service is hard to find!
I recently dropped my 2004 Dutch Star motor home off for an extended warranty claim and was "blown away" at the exemplary work performed.
The motor home had developed cracks along the edge of the shower pan requiring replacing the existing shower enclosure. To remove it, the bathroom vanity and windshield were removed to get the old shower enclosure out and the new one in. When Doug, the head service tech performed a completion of work walk through with me, he exlained to me what he had done. I learned he had corrected damage done to the shower door by the first owners, had installed water shut off valves inside the vanity to protect from possible future water leaks, installed additional support under the shower base and fonally, noticed that one of the ceramic tiles that extended under the shower base was cracked and took it upon himself to replace it. So in addition to the spectacular work done on the on the shower enclosure replacement, the additional tasks Doug performed may not have been provided by other service agencies.
This is "above and beyond" the call of duty. Everyone in the Service Department from Steve, DeWayne, Memo, Doug and the entire staff of techs can be very proud of the work they do and did for me.
This is yet another reason to purchase from this fine company - service after the sale is not always the pleasant experience we would like it to be. I really appreciate this service department.
Geo. and Rosemary Janvier from N. Richland Hills, TX
I would like to take the opportunity to thank the entire staff of Professional Sales RV for twenty years of service they have given Rosemary and I. Every time we have gone into Professional Sales RV for service or sales we are treated as a member of the family.
Being a family owned business that just makes a person feel good.
We just purchased our fourth motor home from them.
Rosemary and I are very cautious about who we recommend to people we know or people we meet, but neither of us have a problem recommending Professional Sales RV when someone has a problem that needs attention or are looking to buy a motor home.
