"What a fantastic experience!!! I found my new coach on line, contacted Neal and began the process. From the moment I spoke to Neal and the rest of the family (Dawn, Darcy, Ron, Howard and Memo) I felt like part of the Professional Sales RV family and they treated me that way when I arrived! This was by far the easiest and most pleasant RV purchasing experience I have ever had! They kept their word, delivered on their promises, the coach was as advertised and they even gave me a technician (Memo) for the day to walk me through the operation of the coach. If I pointed out something Memo and his team immediately took care of it. Not only did they allow me to spend the night on the lot (water and electricity included) Neal even offered me the use of their car so I could get around that evening. While I did not take him up on his offer, the mere fact that it was extended was simply awesome. What other dealer do you know that would make such an offer - none. So, if you are looking for a quality RV from an honest and faith based company, this is the place to go. They made me an honest offer on my trade, kept their word and delivered on every promise made to me and my bride! Good service is hard to find!
I recently dropped my 2004 Dutch Star motor home off for an extended warranty claim and was "blown away" at the exemplary work performed.
The motor home had developed cracks along the edge of the shower pan requiring replacing the existing shower enclosure. To remove it, the bathroom vanity and windshield were removed to get the old shower enclosure out and the new one in. When Doug, the head service tech performed a completion of work walk through with me, he exlained to me what he had done. I learned he had corrected damage done to the shower door by the first owners, had installed water shut off valves inside the vanity to protect from possible future water leaks, installed additional support under the shower base and fonally, noticed that one of the ceramic tiles that extended under the shower base was cracked and took it upon himself to replace it. So in addition to the spectacular work done on the on the shower enclosure replacement, the additional tasks Doug performed may not have been provided by other service agencies.
This is "above and beyond" the call of duty. Everyone in the Service Department from Steve, DeWayne, Memo, Doug and the entire staff of techs can be very proud of the work they do and did for me.
This is yet another reason to purchase from this fine company - service after the sale is not always the pleasant experience we would like it to be. I really appreciate this service department.

Ron, I wanted to say thank you for the great experience we had buying our Airstream. Still two days later, my wife & I were still remarking at how clean the RV was, and how well everything worked. My wife kept telling our friends how your guys fixed any problem and made sure everything was right. There was a broken hinge on a lid that they fixed, and it looks like new. They even found dirt on the awning, and took the time to clean it off. Your company really impressed us. Thank you.

About ten years ago my husband and I bought our first motorhome from Professional Sales RV. We have been a camping family for at least 45 years. Our first motorhome was a Gulf Stream Sport which we enjoyed for a little over a year at which time we went to the RV show. We went to the Professional Sales display as we had all repair and maintenance work done by them on our Gulf Stream. In so doing they showed us a Georgie Boy which had two slide-outs on it. We both fell in love with it and before we left the show we had traded our Gulf Stream with the help of Arnie and his family. No more RV shows were allowed for six years.
During that time we enjoyed our new home but with a knee operation and my husbands weight problem we decided to look for an island bed as I could no longer make the bed. We went back to Professional Sales and Arnie and his family helped us in to a Newmar Bay Star. If you want to be treated like family this is the place to do business. Purchasing and maintenance and repairs, this is the place to go.

I just wanted to let you know I made it home last evening. The motorhome ran great, I averaged 13.4 MPG (23' class C, 6.0 Chevy Vortec), 60-62 MPH, with the A/C on, using the cruise control. Very happy with the mileage. Everything worked great. Your directions to I-20 were much appreciated.
I found the new sewer and water hoses- and with the full tank of gas and LP, along with the check of the RV, I can honestly say you guys are a class act. Neal, you went above and beyond what I expected. I will write some internet reviews outlining my experience later this weekend.
We love the motorhome!

As a first time RV buyer I would like to commend the entire staff at Professional Sales RV. Starting with the sales department, they made the actual purchase a pleasant experience. The delivery department spent a couple of hours with me showing me how everything works, (remember this is my first). Service after the sale is what I really want to brag about, every time I call they are quick to address my concerns. Appointments are always on time and all repairs are accomplished skillfully and properly. I have yet to go back for the same repair.
